对矫直区连续测温在板坯连铸二冷模型中的应用进行了研究.采用反馈控制与前馈控制互补的模式,分析建立了板坯连铸矫直温度在线控制模型.并设计了能有效避免二冷区各种测温干扰因素影响,可在高温环境长时间在线运行的CQU-2MB测温仪.本模型考虑了水量变化的历史累积与温度的延迟,引入最佳温度区域和微调温度区域2个控制调节区,有效地减小了控制调节中的铸坯温度波动,缩短温度调节时间,提高控制效率.在板坯连铸生产中应用本控制系统后,在拉速等工艺条件波动较大的情况下,铸坯矫直温度基本上能稳定地控制在目标温度范围内.
