正交试验法优选桑椹补脑膏的壳聚糖絮凝工艺

目的:优选桑椹补脑膏的絮凝除杂工艺。方法:以除杂率,2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-β-D-葡萄糖苷和总多糖保留率的综合评分为指标,选取药液比、温度、壳聚糖用量及pH为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选桑椹补脑膏的絮凝除杂工艺。结果:最佳絮凝工艺为药液比1∶2,温度50℃,每100 mL药液加1%壳聚糖溶液10 mL,pH 4。结论:该絮凝工艺稳定可行,除杂率高,有效成分损失量少。 Objective: To optimize the process of flocculation and impurity removal of mulberry buplexine. Methods: Taking the removal rate, the total score of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-β-D-glucoside and the total polysaccharide retention rate as indexes, the ratio of liquid to liquid, temperature, dosage of chitosan And pH as the investigation factors, using L9 (34) orthogonal test flocculation impurity mulberry paste optimization process. Results: The optimal flocculation technology was liquid - to - liquid ratio 1: 2, temperature 50 ℃, and 10 mL of 1% chitosan solution per 100 mL liquid, pH 4. Conclusion: The flocculation process is stable and feasible with high removal rate and less loss of active ingredients.
