针对强噪声背景下矿用金属板材拉伸件裂纹声发射特征信号不易提取的状况,首先对强噪声情况下单级奇异值分解降噪效果不明显现象进行分析,提出了将单级奇异值分解进行串联的逐级滤除噪声信号方法;采用信号仿真研究了SVD原理在信号降噪处理上应用的效果;并通过金属板材拉伸声发射信号SVD降噪处理试验,验证了多级奇异值分解串联SVD降噪法,滤除声发射信号中混杂噪声信号的有效性,为该方法的应用提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the situation that the characteristic signal of acoustic emission from the crack of mining sheet metal is not easy to be extracted under strong noise background, firstly, the phenomenon of unobvious single-level singular value decomposition noise reduction under strong noise is analyzed.
