研制了热丝法炉渣熔化和结晶参数测定仪,该测定仪用一根双铂铑热电偶丝既作加热元件又作测温元件,具有升、降温速度快,测量效率高的特点。对板坯保护渣测试结果表明,炉渣开始熔化温度和流动温度的测量误差±10℃,结晶温度±10℃,结晶比率±5%。
A hot wire furnace slag melting and crystallization parameter tester was developed. The tester uses both a platinum-rhodium thermocouple wire as both a heating element and a temperature-measuring element, which has the advantages of rapid heating and cooling, and high measuring efficiency. The test results of slab mold flux showed that the measurement error of slag melting temperature and flow temperature was ± 10 ℃, the crystallization temperature was ± 10 ℃ and the crystallization ratio was ± 5%.
