非晶态合金具有优良的物理、机械特性、经济地制取尺寸均匀、性能稳定的优质宽带则更能迅速扩大应用范围。因此改进复杂的工艺条件,研究、设计合理的制作方案,乃是开拓非晶材料使之付诸实用的中心课题。本文结合影响金属射流及熔潭稳定因素,讨论制取宽带的合理方式及实验结果,并指出牵引技术的优良效果。 影响优质金属玻璃宽带形成的因素有:
Amorphous alloy with excellent physical and mechanical properties, economical preparation of uniform size, stable performance and high quality broadband is more able to quickly expand the scope of application.
