本文运用全面调查和抽样调查相结合的方法,对山西省运城地区57所基层专科医院进行了调查,就其在农村卫生工作中的地位和作用做了初步分析探讨。调查结果表明:采取多渠道、多层次、多种形式举办基层专科医院,有效地提高了医院的社会效益和经济效益,促进了农村卫生事业发展,促进了医学科学技术进步和人才成长。笔者认为:它作为农村卫生工作中处于特殊地位的一种特殊的医疗组织形式,进一步充实和发展了农村三级医疗保建网,在一定程度上满走了广大群众日益提高的医疗需要求,是提高农民群众健康水平,实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的又一有效措施。
This article uses a combination of comprehensive investigation and sampling survey to investigate 57 grass-roots specialist hospitals in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, and makes a preliminary analysis of its status and role in rural health work. The survey results showed that the use of multi-channel, multi-level, and multi-level forms of grass-roots specialized hospitals effectively improved the social and economic benefits of the hospital, promoted the development of rural health services, and promoted the advancement of medical science and technology and the growth of talents. The author believes that: as a special form of medical organization in a special position in rural health work, it further enriched and developed the rural three-tier medical and health care network, and to a certain extent, it has met the growing demands of the general public for medical treatment. It is another effective measure to improve the health level of the peasants and realize “2000 health care for all”.
