目的:建立HPLC法测定盐酸美沙酮口服溶液含量。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸盐(PH2.5)=32:68(v/v)为流动相,流速:1.5mL.min-1,检测波长:220nm。结果:盐酸美沙酮在10-100μg.ml-1线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。盐酸美沙酮口服溶液平均回收率分别为99.80%,99.75%,99.76%(RSD0.28%,0.34%,0.20%)。结论:该法操作简便、结果准确可靠、精密度好,可用于盐酸美沙酮口服液的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of methadone hydrochloride oral solution. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphate (PH2.5) = 32:68 (v / v) with a mobile phase of ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 × 250 mm, Wavelength: 220nm. Results: Methadone hydrochloride had a good linear relationship at 10-100 μg.ml-1 (r = 0.9998). The average recoveries of methadone hydrochloride oral solution were 99.80%, 99.75% and 99.76%, respectively (RSD 0.28%, 0.34%, 0.20%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and accurate. It can be used for the determination of methadone hydrochloride oral solution.
