中药现代化是将传统中医药的优势特色与现代科学技术相结合,以适应当代社会发展需求的过程。1997年,国务院18个部委联合编制了《中药现代化科技产业行动计划》,旨在推动我国中药现代化科技产业发展,以适应医药产品日趋激烈的国际竞争。我省现有的中药资源种类已达2508种,其中药用植物118种,毫州白芍和菊花、铜陵丹皮、大别山茯苓属安徽四大著名中药,誉满中外。我省具有丰富的中医药资源优势、科技优势和中药产业发展基础。建设安徽中药现代化科技产业基地,是国家“中药现代化科技产业行动计划”的一个重要组成部分,是使安徽中药的资源优势转化为新的经济增长点的重大举措,发展中药现代化科技产业基地将对促进我省的经济支柱起到重要作用。
Modernization of traditional Chinese medicine is a process that combines the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine with modern science and technology to meet the needs of the development of contemporary society. In 1997, 18 ministries and commissions of the State Council jointly drafted the Action Plan for the Modernization of Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Industry, aiming to promote the development of modernization of Chinese medicine and science and technology industry in order to adapt to the increasingly fierce international competition in pharmaceutical products. Our province has a wealth of Chinese medicine resources, scientific and technological advantages and the basis for the development of Chinese medicine industry. The construction of an Anhui modernization science and technology industrial base for traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the national “modern Chinese medicine modern science and technology industry action plan” and is a major measure to transform Anhui’s traditional Chinese medicine’s resource advantages into new economic growth points.
