基于不同企业信息技术应用效果差异巨大的现实,提出了信息技术应用能力的概念,构建了信息技术资源、信息技术应用能力、信息系统支持企业战略和企业绩效之间的理论模型。应用基于偏最小二乘法的结构方程模型,对我国296家企业的问卷调查数据进行分析。研究结果表明,信息技术应用能力通过支持企业战略,间接影响企业绩效,信息技术应用能力又依赖于信息技术资源,环境动态性在信息技术增强企业竞争力过程中有显著的调节作用。
Based on the huge difference in the application of information technology in different companies, the concept of information technology application capability was proposed, and the theoretical model between information technology resources, information technology application capabilities, information system support for enterprise strategy and enterprise performance was constructed. The structural equation model based on partial least square method was applied to analyze the questionnaire data of 296 companies in China. The research results show that, through the support of enterprise strategy, information technology application capability indirectly affects enterprise performance, and information technology application capability relies on information technology resources. Environmental dynamics have a significant regulatory role in the process of information technology enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
