目的 对DNA样品中苯酚、氨基酸和内毒素进行限量检测。方法 采用褶合变换技术、光谱空间理论提出的相关系数判别分析法和计算机信息处理技术进行杂质检查。结果 褶合光谱法与二阶导数光谱法及A2 60 /A2 80比值法结果相对照。表明本法可对DNA样品中杂质进行半定量检测。结论 本法快速、简便、准确 ,可用于生化样品分析
Objective To limit the detection of phenol, amino acid and endotoxin in DNA samples. Methods Convolution detection, correlation coefficient discriminant analysis and computerized information processing techniques proposed by spectral space theory were used for impurity examination. Results Convolutional spectroscopy was compared with second-derivative spectroscopy and the A260 / A280 ratio method. This shows that this method can be semi-quantitative detection of impurities in DNA samples. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be used for biochemical sample analysis
