中浦集团是由中浦重起、瑞德国际、金鼎银升和全球一家四个小公司组成的集团公司,其组织结构是一种介于事业部制和子公司之间的有自身特色的结构形式。这种独特的组织形式是由经营战略和环境变化、现实政策法规的限制、将来发展方向等方面来决定的。组织结构必须服从于企业战略,并且随经营战略的变化而调整;现实的政策法规限制企业频繁的变更信息;企业发展壮大需要有合理的资本结构和新的融资渠道。本文将对中浦集团组织结构的成因进行简要分析。
Zhongpu Group is a group company formed by Zhongpu, Reid International, Jinding Silver and a group of four small companies in the world. Its organizational structure is a structure with its own characteristics between its subsidiaries and subsidiaries form. This unique form of organization is determined by changes in business strategy and environment, restrictions on practical policies and regulations, and future directions for development. The organizational structure must be subordinate to the corporate strategy and be adjusted as the business strategy changes.
