2005年6月下旬以来,四川省资阳、内江两地相继发生猪链球菌感染。引起了社会的极大关注。一些平日里养猪、卖猪、加工猪的农民,突然出现急性起病、高热、伴有头痛等全身性中毒症状,重者出现中毒性休克、脑膜炎等,甚至引起死亡。面对猪链球菌的威胁,人们也许会问:猪链球菌为什么会有如此强的致病性?哪些情况可能感染猪链球菌?现在人们还能放心大胆地吃猪肉吗?
Since late June 2005, Streptococcus suis infection has occurred successively in Ziyang and Neijiang in Sichuan Province. Aroused great concern in society.
