目的 :对菘蓝 Isatisindigotica Fort.不同栽培居群进行等位酶分析研究。方法 :在全国各地采集菘蓝 13个二倍体栽培居群的种子 ,异地栽培于上海市崇明岛同一块试验田。以水平切片淀粉凝胶电泳方法 ,对菘蓝等位酶多态性进行研究 ,分析了 8个酶系统的 15个等位酶位点。 结果 :等位酶多态位点百分数 P为 13.3%~ 33.3% ,每个位点的等位基因平均数 A为1.1~ 1.5 ,预期杂合度 H e为 0 .0 2 7~ 0 .10 9,菘蓝二倍体居群间基因分化比率为 8.2 %。结论 :菘蓝不同栽培居群的等位酶谱有明显差别 ,表明菘蓝种内存在遗传变异。
Objective : To conduct allozyme analysis on different cultivated populations of Isatisindigotica Fort. Methods : Thirteen diploid cultivated populations of indigo seed were collected from all over the country and cultivated in the same experimental field on Chongming Island in Shanghai. The polymorphism of indigo allozyme was studied by horizontal section starch gel electrophoresis, and 15 allozyme sites of eight enzyme systems were analyzed. Results: The percentage of allelic polymorphic loci P was from 13.3% to 33.3%, and the average number of alleles per locus was 1.1 to 1.5. The expected heterozygosity He was 0. 0 2 7 to 0 .10 9 The ratio of genetic differentiation between indigo-diploid populations was 8.2%. Conclusion : There are significant differences in the allozyme spectrum of different cultivated populations of indigo, indicating that there is a genetic variation in indigo species.
