对于企业而言,企业文化是其内涵与文明所在,而企业管理又是企业稳定发展的保证之一。作为一种精神力量,企业文化就是企业内部管理巨大的推动力,企业文化的好坏、先进与落后都会影响到企业的管理效果。所以,企业文化与企业管理之间是相互作用、相互影响的。因此,本文首先分析了部分单位在企业文化建设工作中的误区,然后探讨了企业文化建设的有效途径,希望能够通过优秀的企业文化促进企业管理的全面提升。
