近些年来,随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,人们对教育事业的发展越来越重视。为进一步深入贯彻落实科教兴国战略,我国对教育事业的改革正步入一个新的阶段。目前,由于人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对教育的选择越来越高,学前教育作为国民教育体系的重要组成部分,在近年来得到迅猛发展,已成为目前教育事业发展的重点项目。根据相关调查研究发现,学前教育的快速发展直接导致了对幼儿教师的需求量越来越大,众所周知,学前教育对人才的专业素质要求很高,个人才能一定要突出。值得关注的是,为适应市场的需求,越来越多的学前教育专业人从高校毕业,竞争压力逐渐增大,并且由于高校人才培养模式的老旧使得毕业生并不符合现今学前教育事业发展的需求。因此,加强高职院校学前教育专业人才培养模式的创新是势在必行的。首先简要阐述了目前我国高职院校学前教育专业人才培养的发展现状,其次分析了学前教育专业人才培养的重点方向;最后在了解学前教育专业人才培养现状和把握其人才培养方向的基础上提出了几点人才培养的创新方法和手段。仅供参考。
