不久前,我们就邮电通信与商品经济问题,到河北廊坊地区邮电局作了几天调查,下面是这次调查的札记。城郊型经济发展迅速廊坊地区下辖八县一市,面积6,400平方公里,人口300万人。地区所在地廊坊市位于京津铁路线的中心点上,同京津的横向经济联系由来已久。十一届三中全会以来,地区商品经济发展迅速,据统计,全区工农业总产值1980年为13.7亿元,1985年达35.3亿元,五年增长157.7%;财政收入1980年为1.08亿元,1985年达2.13亿元,五年增长97.2%。去年,全区农民人均纯收入达537元,比1980年增长2.5倍,比全国农民人均纯收入多139.4元。全区地、县、乡、村四级企业同京津订有合同协议、建立横向联系的单位已发展到4,823个,占四级企业总数的63%;协作产值达10.22亿元,占四级企业总产值的54%。
Not long ago, we conducted a few days’ investigation on the post and telecommunications and commodity economy issues at the post and telecommunications bureau in Langfang, Hebei Province. According to statistics, the gross value of industrial and agricultural output in the region was 1.37 billion yuan in 1980, 3.53 billion yuan in 1985, an increase of 157.7% in five years; and the revenue in fiscal 1980 was 108 million yuan Yuan in 1985 reached 213 million yuan, a five-year increase of 97.2%. Last year, the per capita net income of farmers in the region reached 537 yuan, an increase of 2.5 times that of 1980 and 139.4 yuan more than the per capita net income of the entire country. There are 4,823 units that have established contractual agreements with Beijing and Tianjin and have established horizontal ties with all levels of the prefecture, county, township and village enterprises, accounting for 63% of the total number of Level 4 enterprises. The output value of collaboration reached 1.022 billion yuan, accounting for 4 levels 54% of total output value.
