一、情况分析 通过上学期的教研活动,我园在幼儿品德行为教育及计算教学方面都有了较大进步,但在培养幼儿口语表达能力方面深感不足。在教学活动中往往是教师说得多,幼儿练习与表现得不够,幼儿主动性低,积极性不高。
