随着我国改革开放,人们收入水平在不断提高,我国的服务业也走进了黄金期,酒店的发展的速度和发展的规模也进入了前所未有的快速时期,知识型员工的出现在很大的程度上增加了酒店管理的水平,但是要想知识型的员工能将他们的能力全都发挥出来,就必须要采用科学的管理方式和各种奖励措施来激发他们努力工作的热情,将他们的潜力全都激发出来,充分利用他们所拥有的知识水平。本文以星级酒店为研究对象,首先解释了知识型员工的定义,然后讨论星级酒店对知识型员工在奖励方面存在的各种问题,最后讲述了对知识型员工激励的方式。
