通过对中国石油克拉玛依石化公司Ⅱ套糠醛精制装置的能耗构成进行分析,发现装置能耗主要由燃料气消耗、自产蒸汽用量、电耗和循环水用量决定。提出降低装置能耗的具体措施,并在检修期间进行整改。通过加热炉节能改造、优化换热流程、停用萃取塔塔底循环回流冷却器和机泵加变频调速器等措施,使装置的燃料气用最、自产蒸汽用量、循环水用量和电耗降低,装置的综合能耗降至639.95 MJ/t,比改造前综合能耗降低27.64%。
