目的:观察增血汤联合生血散中药方对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者GPⅡb/Ⅲa及vWF的影响。方法:用增血汤联合生血散中药方治疗26例ITP患者,检测治疗前后血小板GPⅡb/Ⅲa阳性表达率、vWF活性的变化,并与健康人进行对照。结果:治疗前ITP患者的GPⅡb/Ⅲa显著低于对照组,P<0.01;治疗前ITP患者vWF活性显著高于对照组,P<0.01;治疗前后ITP患者的GPⅡb/Ⅲa比较有显著差异,P<0.01;治疗前后ITP患者的vWF活性无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:增血汤联合生血散对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者GPⅡb/Ⅲa有影响,对vWF活性无明显影响。该中药方治疗ITP患者可能有效。
Objective: To observe the effects of zhixue decoction combined with Shengxian powder on GPⅡb / Ⅲa and vWF in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods: Twenty-six patients with ITP were treated with Zeng Xue Tang and Sheng Xue San in the treatment of ITP. The changes of GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a positive rate and vWF activity before and after treatment were detected and compared with those in healthy subjects. Results: The GPⅡb / Ⅲa level of ITP patients before treatment was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.01). The vWF activity of ITP patients before treatment was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.01). The GPⅡb / Ⅲa levels of ITP patients before and after treatment were significantly different <0.01; There was no significant difference in vWF activity between ITP patients before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Zeng Xie Tang combined with Shengxisan on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients with GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a have an impact on vWF activity had no significant effect. The Chinese medicine treatment of ITP patients may be effective.
