目的 探讨新的生长激素( G H) 第三释放调节途径在人垂体 G H 腺瘤 G H 释放中的作用。方法 采用细胞培养方法观察新合成的 G H 释放肽2( G H R P2) 对磷脂酰肌醇( P I) 转换和 G H 分泌的影响。结果 G H R P2 有强有力的 G H 释放和促进 P I转换的作用。结论 G H R P2 的 G H 释放和促进 P I转换的作用机理是通过蛋白激酶 C 系统而实现,有必要进行深入的研究。
Objective To investigate the role of a new growth hormone (GH) third release-regulatory pathway in the release of G H from human pituitary G H adenomas. Methods Cell culture methods were used to observe the effect of newly synthesized G H release peptide 2 (G H R P 2) on phosphatidylinositol (PI) conversion and G H secretion. Results G H R P 2 had strong G H release and promoted P I conversion. Conclusion The mechanism of release of G H R P 2 and promotion of P I conversion is achieved through the protein kinase C system. It is necessary to carry out in-depth research.
