利用花粉管通道法将海滩盐生植物秋茄总DNA和海边月见草总DNA导入花生,在140mmol/LNaCl溶液处理下,转基因花生后代(T2)的发芽率有明显的提高,转秋茄DNA花生和转海边月见草DNA花生的发芽率分别是原种的2.0倍和1.8倍。
