采用高速摄影仪以及Matlab软件对生物油雾化特性进行实验研究,考察蠕动泵转速和生物油温度对雾化角度和液滴索特平均直径(SMD)的影响,并研究喷射距离对液滴SMD的影响。研究结果表明:当生物油温度为35℃时,随着蠕动泵转速的增大,雾化角度先增大后减小,其最大值为47.10°;而生物油温度对于雾化角度的影响较小。液滴SMD随着喷射距离的增加先增大后减小再缓慢增大。在生物油温度为35℃、蠕动泵转速为300 r/min的条件下雾化液滴的冷凝效果最好。
The high speed camera and Matlab software were used to study the atomization characteristics of bio-oil. The effects of peristaltic pump speed and bio-oil temperature on the atomization angle and the mean diameter of droplets (SMD) were investigated. Impact.
