目的分析药物配合物理疗法治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字法将70例盆腔炎患者分为对照、治疗两组,对照组35例患者给予单独药物治疗,治疗组35例患者则在药物治疗基础上配合低频脉冲物理治疗。结果经过为期两周的治疗,治疗组总有效率为97.1%;对照组总有效率为74.3%。由此可见治疗组临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲物理配合药物治疗盆腔炎,可进一步促进药物的吸收,使治疗效果更加明显,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of drug with physiotherapy on pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Seventy patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups according to the random number method. 35 patients in the control group received single drug treatment, and 35 patients in the treatment group were treated with low frequency pulse physical therapy on the basis of drug treatment. Results After a two-week treatment, the total effective rate was 97.1% in the treatment group and 74.3% in the control group. This shows that the clinical total effective rate was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Low-frequency pulse physics with drugs for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, can further promote the absorption of drugs, so that the treatment effect is more obvious, it is worth in the clinical application.
