旅游业正在迅速发展成为我市最重要的经济产业。加强和重视人才队伍尤其是旅游外语人才的培养是造福旅游事业的长久之计。我们把这项工作做好了,才能使桂林市旅游事业健康发展。本文对桂林旅游发展中旅游外语人才的培养模式,主要是高职高专类旅游外语人才的培养目标定位、培养前景以及培养模式进行了探讨。 Tourism is rapidly developing into the city’s most important economic industry. To strengthen and attach importance to the training of qualified personnel, especially foreign language talents, is a long-term solution to the cause of tourism. We have done a good job in this area so that the tourism industry in Guilin will develop healthily. In this paper, the training model of tourism foreign language talents in tourism development in Guilin is mainly focused on the training target orientation, training prospects and training mode of tourism foreign language talents in higher vocational colleges.
