将霜打岩香菊地上部分依次提取,将各有机溶剂提取物分别经药理试验表明,醋酸乙酯提取物为有效部位。该醋酸乙酯提取物,经硅胶柱层析,用石油醚、醋酸乙酯(1:2)混合溶媒洗脱,分得一白色针状结晶,经熔点、红外光谱测定,鉴定其结构为琥珀酸,是主要的平喘有效成份之一。醋酸乙脂有效部位中除琥珀酸外,经板层分析鉴定,含有10种以上的黄酮类化合物,分别经硅胶,聚酸胺柱层析等方法,分出黄酮类化合物单体1、2、3、4号,经药理结果表明,单体1、2、4号有轻度的平喘作用。单体4号,经熔点侧定,紫外及加人诊断试剂后的紫外光谱变化情况和红外等光谱数据分析,鉴定为蒙花贰,(Linarin刺槐素一7一芦丁糖贰)。经紫外光谱及加诊断试剂后的光谱位移情况,分析单体1号(白色粉末状结晶)为5,7一二羟基黄酮,而单体2号(白色粉末)、单体3号(淡黄色针晶)为5一羟基黄酮类化合物,其具休结构,因样品量少而未进一步确证。 The above ground parts of S. fruticosa were extracted in turn, and each of the organic solvent extracts was pharmacologically tested to show that the ethyl acetate extract was an effective site. In addition to succinic acid in the effective part of ethyl acetate, through the analysis of the lamellar identification, containing more than 10 kinds of flavonoids, respectively, by silica gel, polyamine column chromatography and other methods to separate flavonoids monomer 1,2, On the 3rd and 4th, the pharmacological results showed that the 1, 2 and 4 monomers had mild asthmatic effects. Monomer No.4, determined by the melting point, ultraviolet spectrum and UV spectrum changes after the addition of human diagnostic reagents, and infrared and other spectral data analysis, identified as Mongolica, (Linarin Robinia 7-7 rutin glycoside). After the UV spectrum and the spectral shift after addition of diagnostic reagents, monomer No. 1 (white powder crystals) was analyzed as 5,7-dihydroxyflavone, while Monomer 2 (white powder), Monomer 3 (pale yellow Needle crystals are 5 monohydroxy flavonoids, which have a quiescent structure and are not further confirmed due to the small amount of sample.
