目的:探讨二胺氧化酶(DAO)在人类原发性肝癌组织中基因表达。方法:应用半定量逆转录—聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测22例人类正常肝脏组织、36例人原发性肝癌旁组织和36例人原发性肝癌组织新鲜标本中基因mRNA的表达情况。结果:在肝癌组织中DAO基因呈高表达。结论:肝脏中DAO基因表达随肿瘤的发展而变化。
Objective: To investigate the gene expression of diamine oxidase (DAO) in human primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The mRNA of 22 human primary liver tissues, 36 primary human hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and 36 primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissues were detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) Express the situation. Results: DAO gene was highly expressed in HCC tissues. Conclusion: DAO gene expression in the liver changes with the development of the tumor.
