目的:制备浓缩当归分散片并建立采用高效液相色谱法测定其溶出度的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定浓缩当归分散片中阿魏酸的溶出度。结果:阿魏酸在0.0557~0.557μg(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率符合要求。采用pH6.8磷酸盐溶液为浓缩当归分散片溶出度的测定介质。结论:浓缩当归分散片溶出度测定方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To prepare concentrated Angelica Sinensis dispersible tablets and establish a method for the determination of its dissolution by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The dissolution of ferulic acid in concentrated Angelica Sinensis dispersible tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Ferulic acid had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.0557 ~ 0.557μg (r = 0.9998), and the average recovery rate was satisfactory. Using pH6.8 phosphate solution for the concentration Angelica dispersible tablets dissolution medium. Conclusion: The method for the determination of the dissolution of the concentrated Angelica Sinensis dispersible tablets is simple, accurate and specific and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
