以女贞子为原料,研究了女贞子中齐墩果酸的工艺条件,在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面试验优化了女贞子中齐墩果酸的工艺条件。结果表明,女贞子中齐墩果酸最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波功率为156.4 W,超声波时间为65.4 min,乙醇体积分数为75.1%,料液比1︰16.7(g/mL),提取率为6.86%。
Using Ligustrum lucidum as raw material, the process conditions of oleanolic acid in Ligustrum lucidum were studied. Based on the single factor test, the process conditions of oleanolic acid in Ligustrum lucidum were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of oleanolic acid in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi were: ultrasonic power of 156.4 W, ultrasonic time of 65.4 min, ethanol volume fraction of 75.1% and solid-liquid ratio of 1: 16.7 (g / mL) The rate is 6.86%.
