利用从103对简单重复序列(SSR)引物中筛选出的62对多态性引物,对8份“大五星”天然三倍体枇杷株系和1份二倍体枇杷单株进行PCR扩增,共扩增出152个等位位点,每个位点扩增出2~3个等位基因,平均2.45个,引物多态信息量介于0.099至0.586之间,平均多态信息量为0.358.62对SSR引物将供试枇杷株系完全区别开,各株系间Dice相似系数范围为0.493~0.954,A376与A368株系之间的Dice相似系数最高,A313与A332株系之间的Dice相似系数最低.在62对引物中,CL22.Contig1,NZ02b01,Hi15h12,EJ014,CH04c06和CH01h02共6对引物能鉴定出A379,A322,A348和A332这4个“大五星”天然三倍体枇杷株系的倍性.
