目的 :探索批量培养植物发根以生产次生代谢物的方法。方法 :用容量 5L的生物反应器培养决明发根 ,连续观测液体培养基 pH值变化 ,用分光光度计连续测定培养基中游离蒽醌类化合物的含量。 结果 :在 36d培养期内收获决明发根 76 1g ,发根鲜重增殖了 42倍。结论 :培养基 pH值的高低变化在一定程度上反映了生物反应器中游离蒽醌类化合物的合成情况。
Objective: To explore a method for cultivating plant hair roots in batches to produce secondary metabolites. METHODS: Cassia obtusifolia was cultured in a bioreactor with capacity of 5 L. The pH of the liquid medium was continuously observed. The content of free anthraquinones in the medium was measured continuously by spectrophotometer. Results: In the 36d culture period harvested Cassia obtusiliferatum 76 1g, hair root fresh weight multiplied 42 times. Conclusion: The change of the pH of the medium reflects the synthesis of free anthraquinones in the bioreactor to a certain extent.
