目的研究流苏龙胆Gentiana panthaica中的酮类成分。方法采用多次的硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,并通过理化性质和光谱与波谱分析技术鉴定其化学结构。结果从流苏龙胆中分离得到6个酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:1-羟基-2,3,4,7-四甲氧基酮(Ⅰ)、1,8-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基酮(Ⅱ)、1-羟基-2,3,4,5-四甲氧基酮(Ⅲ)、1-羟基-2,3,7-三甲氧基酮(Ⅳ)、1-羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基酮(Ⅴ)和1,7-二羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基酮(Ⅵ)。结论6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the steroidal compounds in Gentiana panthaica. Methods Separation and purification were performed by repeated column chromatography on silica gel, and their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical properties, spectral and spectral analysis techniques. The results showed that 6 steroids were isolated from fringed gentian, identified as 1-hydroxy-2,3,4,7-tetramethoxy fluorenone (I) and 1,8-dihydroxy-3, respectively. 5-Dimethoxynonanone (II), 1-hydroxy-2,3,4,5-tetramethoxynonanone (III), 1-hydroxy-2,3,7-trimethoxynonanone ( IV) 1-Hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxyfluorenone (V) and 1,7-dihydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxynonanone (VI). Conclusion The six compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
