通过离子交换法将烯丙基三苯基溴化(AP)交换到钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)的层间制备改性蒙脱土。采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM和TG等对AP改性前后MMT的结构及性能进行表征。结果表明:AP能够与MMT层间的钠离子发生离子交换反应形成有机蒙脱土;经过AP改性处理后MMT的层间距由1.49 nm变为1.85 nm,其结构变得疏松;AP改性MMT具有很好的耐热性能,热分解起始温度达320℃。
The modified montmorillonite was prepared by the exchange of allyltriphenylphosphonium bromide (AP) to the interlayer of sodium montmorillonite (Na-MMT) by ion exchange method. The structure and properties of MMT before and after AP modification were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, TEM and TG. The results show that AP can form organic montmorillonite by ion exchange reaction with sodium ion in MMT layer. After AP modification, the interlayer distance of MMT changes from 1.49 nm to 1.85 nm, and its structure becomes loose. AP modified MMT Has good heat resistance, thermal decomposition starting temperature of 320 ℃.
