制备并以Brnsted-Lewis双酸性离子液体催化剂[Emim]HSO4-FeCl3催化1-丁烯齐聚反应,分析不同阴阳离子物质的量比、反应温度、反应压力、反应时间等条件对1-丁烯齐聚产物选择性的影响。结果表明,强酸性离子液体催化1-丁烯齐聚反应得到的产物主要为四聚物与五聚物。以n(FeCl3)∶n([Emim]HSO4)=1∶1,反应温度40℃,反应压力0.1MPa,反应时间1h的工艺条件下进行的齐聚反应,产物的选择性及反应体系的稳定性较为理想。
The oligomerization reaction of 1-butene catalyzed by Brönsted-Lewis bisacid ionic liquid catalyst [Emim] HSO4-FeCl3 was carried out to study the effects of different molar ratio of anion and cation, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time on the 1- Selective oligomerization of butene. The results showed that the products obtained by the oligomerization of 1-butene catalyzed by strongly acidic ionic liquids are mainly tetramer and pentamer. The oligomerization reaction was carried out under the conditions of n (FeCl3): n ([Emim] HSO4) = 1: 1, reaction temperature 40 ℃, reaction pressure 0.1MPa and reaction time 1h. The selectivity of the product and the stability of the reaction system Sex is more ideal.
