[目的]了解聊城市城区洗涤机构消毒效果,为行政部门制定防控措施提供科学依据。[方法]按照《山东省关于洗涤机构消毒卫生质量监测方案》的要求,选定监测点,进行现场调查,并采集样品进行检验。[结果]现场调查的4家洗涤机构均未在洗涤过程加入消毒环节,也无紫外线消毒灯和机械通风设施,均未发给职工个人防护用品,未进行上岗前职业性健康检查和定期健康检查。共采集样品27份,合格率为48.15%(13/27);其中环境空气7份、物体表面8份、衣物表面12份,合格率分别为3/7、4/8、6/12;均未检出致病菌。[结论]聊城市城区洗涤机构消毒效果较差。应采取有效措施,加强对洗涤机构的卫生管理和消毒技术指导。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection effect of washing facilities in urban area of Liaocheng and provide scientific basis for the administrative department to make prevention and control measures. [Method] According to the requirements of Shandong Province about disinfection and hygienic quality monitoring program of washing facilities, the monitoring points were selected, the site survey was conducted, and samples were collected for testing. [Results] None of the 4 washing facilities in the field survey added disinfection links during the washing process, nor did they provide UV disinfection lamps and mechanical ventilation facilities. All of them were not issued personal protective equipment for workers and did not conduct pre-employment occupational health check and regular health check . A total of 27 samples were collected with a pass rate of 48.15% (13/27). Among them, 7 were ambient air, 8 were on the surface of the object and 12 were on the surface of the clothing. The pass rates were 3 / 7,4 / 8 and 6/12 respectively. Pathogens have not been detected. [Conclusion] Liaocheng urban cleaning agencies disinfection less effective. Effective measures should be taken to strengthen the hygiene management and disinfection of the washing machine technical guidance.
