笔者经多年实践,探索出简便实用的食用菌广谱通用型水粒菌种生产“一步法”。该方法较好地解决了传统菌种生产周期长,工艺繁,所需系列专用设备、原料、药物、用品花钱多等难题,我国城乡各地和边远山区及菇农家庭均可就地取材进行生产。其方法如下: 1.制作木粒 将阔叶树木枝条去皮,加工成长3厘米、直径约3毫米、1头呈锥形的微型木粒,煮制后盛入500毫升生理盐水瓶内,粒面覆盖1厘米厚的木屑和麸皮各50%混配的封口料,用棉塞堵封瓶口,放入太空灭菌包内灭菌3~4小时,冷却后取出。 2.接种培养 将上述经灭菌的木粒料瓶分别置“四不
