目的 :比较激光乳化白内障摘除术与超声乳化白内障摘除术对角膜内皮形态、密度及角膜厚度的影响。方法 :对 35例白内障病人行激光乳化及后房型人工晶体植入术 ,并与同期进行的 39例超声乳化及后房型人工晶体植入术眼的角膜内皮损失率、六边形细胞百分率及角膜厚度的变化相比较。结果 :激光组术后 1周、1个月及 3个月角膜内皮损失率分别为 7.5 6 %、5 .12 %及 5 .2 6 % ,均明显小于超声组的 12 .31%、 11.37%及 12 .0 4% ;激光组六边形细胞百分率分别为 5 2 .49%、 5 3.2 8%及 5 3.0 1% ,均明显大于超声组的 45 .30 %、 46 .6 1%及 45 .92 % ;角膜厚度增加率激光组为 10 .2 6 %、 4.6 2 %及 2 .45 % ,与超声组的 12 .6 9%、 5 .6 9%及2 .92 %相比无统计学差别。结论 :激光乳化术较超声乳化术对角膜内皮损伤小 ,安全性更高
Objective: To compare the effects of laser-induced cataract extraction and phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial morphology, density and corneal thickness. Methods: Thirty-five cases of cataract patients underwent laser photocoagulation and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Compared with the 39 cases of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, the corneal endothelial loss, hexagonal cell percentage and corneal Thickness changes compared. Results: The corneal endothelium loss rates in the laser group at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation were 7.5 6%, 5.12% and 5.26%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the ultrasound group 12.31% and 11.37% And 12.04%, respectively. The percentage of hexagonal cells in the laser group was 52.49%, 53.28% and 53.01%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the ultrasound group 45.3%, 46.61% and 45% .92%. The increase rate of corneal thickness was 10.26%, 4.6% and 2.45% in the laser group, no statistical difference compared with 12.69%, 5.96% and 2.92% in the ultrasound group Learn difference. Conclusion: Compared with phacoemulsification, corneal endothelium is less damaged and more safe by laser emulsification
