为了了解陕西省体育训练中心足球运动员的膳食营养状况,有效保证和促进教学及训练的顺利完成,对足球运动员营养知识进行问卷调查,并采用称质量法对训练中心35名足球运动队员进行为期4 d的三餐营养膳食跟踪调查。结果表明,陕西省体育训练中心足球运动员膳食营养存在碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质、部分维生素摄入量不足,三餐热能分配不合理,钙、锌、钾等矿物质摄入量不足等问题,并针对此类问题提出改进建议。
In order to understand the diet nutrition status of football players in Shaanxi Province Sports Training Center and effectively ensure and facilitate the successful completion of teaching and training, questionnaire survey was conducted on the nutritional knowledge of football players. The quality method was used to evaluate the 35 football players in training center for 4 d three meals nutrition diet tracking survey. The results showed that dietary nutrition of footballers in Shaanxi Province had some problems such as carbohydrate, fat and protein, inadequate intake of some vitamins, unreasonable heat energy distribution in three meals and insufficient intake of minerals such as calcium, zinc and potassium Suggest suggestions for improvement on such issues.
