This paper introduces the stratigraphic sequence and division of views of the Yankela Group in Chiba, according to which the paleontological fossils have been collected and belongs to the sedimentation of the Early Triassic. The distribution of conglomerate, the composition of rock, the size of gravel and the structural features of sedimentary structure at the bottom of the Lower Triassic are described in detail to confirm that it is a conglomerate layer that is in unconformity contact with the underlying Permian strata. At the same time, the output of sporadic alluvial rocks (mixed piles) in the Lower Triassic of this area is discussed, which is regarded as the product of “slump accumulation”. The two types of conglomerate rock cause and geological significance is completely different, should be treated differently.
