目的 :探讨滨蒿内酯 (Scop)松弛豚鼠气管平滑肌的机制。方法 :进行豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞分离 ,通过负荷钙离子荧光指示剂fluor 3 AM进行 [Ca2 + ]i 测定。结果 :Scop可直接降低豚鼠气管平滑肌 [Ca2 + ]ii,并且能抑制磷酸组织胺 (His)和咖啡因 (caffeine)对气管平滑肌 [Ca2 + ]i 的升高作用。结论 :Scop松弛豚鼠气管平滑肌的主要作用机制是抑制细胞内钙浓度水平
Objective : To investigate the mechanism of scoparone relaxing tracheal smooth muscle in guinea pigs. METHODS: The guinea pig trachea smooth muscle cells were isolated and assayed by calcium ion fluorescent indicator fluor 3 AM for [Ca2 + ]i. RESULTS: Scoop can directly reduce [Ca2 +] ii in tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pigs and inhibit the elevation of [Ca2 + ]i in tracheal smooth muscle induced by histamine (His) and caffeine (caffeine). Conclusion: The main mechanism of action of Scop relaxing guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle is to inhibit the intracellular calcium concentration
