为探求初任体育教师尽快进入教师角色,上好中学体育课,通过采用文献资料法和教学观摩法并结合教学实践,就初任中学体育课教师,如何尽快地掌握教学基本理论、基本教学方法、尽快地进入教师角色等问题进行深入分析,就体育教师的根本、体育课教学中为什么教、怎么教、教什么等问题提出了建议,为初任体育教师上好体育课提供参考。
