介绍了一种以氯乙氧基乙醇和和强碱(如碱金属或碱土金属的氢氧化物)的稀水溶液为主要原料合成1,4-二氧六环的方法。对物料配比、加料方式、碱液浓度、反应温度和时间与产物收率之间的关系进行了研究,确定了最佳工艺条件。产品纯度达99.0%,收率80%以上(以氯乙氧基乙醇为基准计算)。
A method for the synthesis of 1,4-dioxane from chloroethoxyethanol and a dilute aqueous solution of a strong base such as an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal hydroxide is described. The relationship between material ratio, feeding method, lye concentration, reaction temperature and time, and product yield was studied, and the optimum technological conditions were determined. Product purity of 99.0%, the yield of more than 80% (based on chloroethoxy ethanol basis).
