脱细胞真皮基质修复膜修复软腭黏膜缺损

目的评价脱细胞真皮基质修复膜不加压包扎修复软腭黏膜缺损的疗效。方法以异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜修复8例患者软腭黏膜缺损,平均缺损面积16.4 cm~2,采用密集的贯穿软腭肌层与修复膜褥式缝合方法将补片固定于创面,术后密切观察1周,并随访1年以上。结果术后观察1周未见修复膜脱落,无感染,术后随访均1年以上,软腭黏膜缺损修复良好,术区外观及质地较正常黏膜无差异,患者无腭咽闭合不全主诉。结论应用脱细胞真皮基质修复膜修复软腭黏膜缺损,以密集的贯穿软腭肌层与修复膜的褥式缝合代替加压包扎,修复效果可靠。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of acellular dermal matrix repairing membrane without pressure bandaging to repair soft palate mucosa defect. Methods Eight cases of soft palate mucosa defect were reconstructed with xenogenic acellular dermal matrix. The average defect area was 16.4 cm ~ 2. The patch was fixed on the wound surface with intensive soft palate musculature and repair membrane mattress suture. 1 week, followed up for more than 1 year. Results One week after operation, there was no repaired membrane exfoliation and no infection. The patients were followed up for more than one year. The soft palate mucosa defect was repaired well. There was no difference in appearance and texture between the two groups. The patients were without velopharyngeal insufficiency. Conclusion The application of acellular dermal matrix repair membrane to repair the soft palate mucosa defect, with dense through the soft palate muscle layer and the repair of the mattress suture instead of bandaging, the repair effect is reliable.
