针对高职图书馆微信公众号平台目前存在的问题提出相应的建议,以提升高职图书馆微信公众号平台的利用效果,提高服务质量。文章采用三种调查方式对具有代表性的28所高职院校图书馆的微信公众号平台进行为期两个月的跟踪调查,并对采集的数据进行了分析。研究认为,高职图书馆应充分重视微信公众号的建设,规范微信公众号的命名形式,加大宣传力度并安排专人回复咨询,优化功能菜单,发挥其在信息传播、在线咨询、资源利用、读者服务等方面的优势,提高图书馆使用率和影响力。
Aiming at the existing problems of WeChat public platform of higher vocational library, we put forward corresponding suggestions to enhance the utilization effect of WeChat public platform of higher vocational library and improve the service quality. The article uses three survey methods to conduct a two-month follow-up survey on the representative WeChat public platform of 28 vocational college libraries, and analyzes the collected data. The study thinks that the higher vocational library should give full attention to the construction of the WeChat public number, regulate the naming form of the WeChat public number, intensify the publicity and arrange the special person to reply to the consultation, optimize the function menu and give full play to its application in information dissemination, online consultation, resource utilization, Reader services and other advantages, improve library utilization and influence.
