研究毛花洋地黄 Digitalis,lanata Ehrh.叶中毛花甙 C 在不同生长期和一天中不同时间的含量变化,对选择适宜的采收期,以获得优质药材具重要意义。本试验应用放射免疫分析法测定毛花甙 C 的含量。此法不但灵敏度高(可达 ng 至 pg 级),而且特异性强,能在含复杂成分的植物粗提液中直接测定某一选定成分而几乎不受无关成分的干扰。实验采用国产商品 ~(125)-地高辛放射免疫分析试剂,以我国习惯栽种的二年生
Studying the digitalis content of Digitalis fulva, lanata Ehrh., and the content of C in different stages of the growing season and at different times of the day may be of great significance in selecting the appropriate harvest period to obtain high-quality medicinal materials. This experiment uses radioimmunoassay to determine the content of Flounder C. This method is not only highly sensitive (up to ng to pg grade), but also has high specificity. It can directly measure a selected component in crude extracts containing complex components and is hardly disturbed by irrelevant components. The experiment used domestically produced ~(125)-digoxin radioimmunoassay reagents, which were used to grow in our country’s habits.
