中日青年交流中心是由中日两国政府共同投资建设的。它是体现中日两国人民世代友好的一组建筑。其中包括文化活动、教育研修、体育及住宿等多项单体建筑及附属设施。占地5.5万m~2,建筑总面积6.8万m~2。组群整体气势恢宏,具有深刻的文化内涵和象征含义。中日青年交流中心是由北京市建筑设计研究院高级建筑师李宗泽和当代日本著名建筑大师黑川纪章合作设计的。李宗泽先生首先为这组建筑提出了一个“和合”构思方案,以体现“中日青年世世代代友好下去”这一主体思想。“和合”方案将各个单体建筑
The China-Japan Youth Exchange Center was jointly invested by the Chinese and Japanese governments. It is a group of buildings that represent the friendship between the peoples of China and Japan for generations. Including cultural activities, education and training, sports and accommodation and many other monomer construction and ancillary facilities. It covers an area of 55,000 m2 and a total building area of 68,000 m2. The overall momentum of the group is magnificent, with profound cultural connotations and symbolic meanings. The China-Japan Youth Exchange Center was designed by Li Zongze, a senior architect of the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, and Kurokawa Kisho, a famous Japanese architect. Mr. Li Zongze first proposed a “harmonized” concept for this group of buildings to reflect the main idea of “Chinese and Japanese youth are friendly for generations to come.” “Harmony” scheme will be individual monomer construction
