目的 :为了解新兵健康教育的需求情况 ,以便有针对性地指导部队开展健康教育。方法 :设计调查问卷 ,在新兵入伍集训的第一周内 ,采用无记名问卷调查形式 ,集中答卷 ,现场收回。结果 :调查结果表明 :在主观需求方面 ,新兵对传染病防治、健康教育基础、战伤救护、生理卫生、野营卫生知识的需求率列前 5位 ;对健康教育方式的需求 ,以卫生科普录象的需求率最高 ;对建立健康行为的干预手段 ,以宣传教育的需求率最高。在客观需求方面 ,新兵青春期生理卫生知识缺乏 ,不吸烟、不饮酒的养成率低。结论 :充分重视新兵的主、客观需求 ,培养新兵对健康教育的兴趣 ,同时要注重教育内容的知识性、全面性 ,采用适当的健康教育干预措施 ,全面提高新兵健康教育质量。
Objectives: To understand the demand for recruits health education in order to guide troops to carry out targeted health education. Methods: The questionnaire was designed. During the first week of recruiting new recruits, a form of anonymous questionnaire was used to collect the questionnaires and collect them on the spot. Results: The survey results showed that in terms of subjective needs, the demand of recruits for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, foundation of health education, war injury rescue, physical health and camping hygiene knowledge ranks the top five; the demand for health education mode is based on Health Science Popularization Record The highest rate of demand for elephants; the highest rate of demand for interventions to establish healthy behavior in order to promote education. In terms of objective needs, recruits lack of knowledge of adolescent physical health, no smoking, non-alcoholic drinks, low rate of development. Conclusion: Paying full attention to the main objective and objective demands of recruits and cultivating the recruits’ interest in health education, we should pay attention to the knowledge and comprehensiveness of educational contents and adopt appropriate health education interventions to comprehensively improve the quality of health education for recruits.
