目的通过1例由抗-M引起的新生儿溶血病的诊断,探讨孕期进行血型血清学检查的重要性。方法所有试验为血清学方法,按照试剂使用说明书操作。结果新生儿溶血病由母体抗-M引起。结论IgG类型的抗-M能够通过胎盘,进入胎儿体内,引起新生儿溶血病。 Objective To diagnose neonatal hemolytic disease by anti-M and explore the importance of blood group serology during pregnancy. Methods All tests were serological and were performed according to the instructions for use of the reagents. Results Neonatal hemolytic disease is caused by maternal anti-M. Conclusion The IgG anti-M can cross the placenta and enter the fetus to cause neonatal hemolytic disease.
