研究甲胺磷(MAP)的水解等反应的生成物亚硝酸与8羟基喹啉合成的偶氮化合物的极谱行为。该化合物在-0-54(VS.SCE) 处有一灵敏的极谱吸附波,波高与MAP含量在0-02 ~1-5μg/ml 范围内呈良好线性关系。方法简便快速,选择性好。用于水和空气样品中MAP的测定,结果满意。
To study the polarographic behavior of azo compounds synthesized from the reaction of methamidophos (MAP) with nitric acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline. The compound has a sensitive polarographic adsorption wave at -0-54 (VS.SCE), and the wave height has a good linear relationship with the content of MAP in the range of 0-02 ~ 1-5μg / ml. The method is simple, fast and selective. For the determination of MAP in water and air samples with satisfactory results.
