实验依第六改正日本药局方施行。於澱粉糊液内加入一定量的澱粉酶或澱粉酶与配伍药品,在一定温度下放置一定时间後,滴入斐林氏试剂,至铜离子的颜色消失时为终点,以算出生成的糖量。糖化力以由澱粉酶的单位重量所生成的麦芽糖的重量表示之。
